Notice to customers and the general public



Sahel Sahara Bank (BSIC(Ghana) Limited) wishes to inform its cherished customers and the general public that, as part of its relentless efforts to provide improved service delivery and innovation to its Customers, the bank is upgrading its core banking software, by providing the customers with a more advanced and customer-friendly operating platform.


The new software comes with improved features and offers the customers enhanced flexibility and security in their banking transactions. It will also improve on the quality of our existing products including E-Banking services.


Please note, as our cherished customer, that your account numbers will change under the new software. We, however, assure you that this will not affect the smooth flow or security of your banking transactions.


As part of the migration process, our banking halls will close to the public at 3pm on Friday 3rd March, 2017. In addition, there will be no banking services at our branches on Saturday, 4th March, 2017.  


Whiles thanking you for your continuous support and cooperation, we also like to apologize for any inconveniences that may be caused to our customers during the migration process.
