Merger between BSIC GH Bank Limited and Omni Bank Ghana Limited

As part of our efforts to consolidate our presence in Ghana with the view to providing you with wider and better services, following the prescription of a new minimum capital requirement, Bank of Ghana has approved our joint request with OmniBank for the merger of our two banks. In line with this, our bank will change its name to OmniBSIC Bank Ghana.

 

Our soon-to-be- launched OmniBSIC Bank will create a synergy of OmniBank’s vast local branch network services and our own proven expertise in corporate, commercial and international transactions.

 

We are currently in the process of integrating the operations of our two banks in order to ensure even better experiences for you and all of our cherished customers at OmniBSIC Bank. We seek your indulgence and support during this period.
